Leadership manual / How I work
Clarity before activity. Trust with accountability.
This is the operating agreement I bring to a team: what you can expect from me, what I ask in return, and how we move when the work gets complicated.
I lead from the back—with trust, speed, and purpose.
Operating principles / In practice
What you can expect from me.
- 01
Clarity before activity.
I say what matters, what good looks like, and where the decision lives. I think bottom line up front: clear, early, and with enough context to move.
- 02
Trust with accountability.
I give strong people room to operate. Keep me close to decisions that change direction, reputation, resources, or risk. Own the rest—and close the loop.
- 03
Bring thinking, not just problems.
If you want my input, frame the idea. If you need something, be clear and bring a next step. Try before you ask when the cost of trying is low.
- 04
Thoughtful disagreement beats fake harmony.
I want the strongest answer, not automatic agreement. I welcome direct feedback and adapt how I deliver mine so the message can actually land.
- 05
Learn fast. Keep it moving.
Mistakes are part of ambitious work. Name what happened, correct it, carry the lesson forward, and do not turn accountability into theater.
- 06
Strategy over stress.
Calm does not mean checked out. Urgency can be real; chaos should not become the operating model. If you need context, ask me to walk you through my thinking.
The working agreement / Both directions
Standards make trust possible.
What earns my trust
- People who try before they ask
- Clarity, honesty, and follow-through
- Growth-minded teammates who take ownership
- Work that matters and creative challenges that stretch the team
What breaks it
- Gossip, politics, or passive aggression
- Power games and ego over team
- Micromanagement as a substitute for standards
- Noise with no signal
Leadership proof / Built in practice
The philosophy has carried real weight.
I learned these principles while building new functions, scaling teams, and leading through opportunities that arrived before the playbook did.
- ~5 → 30+Team scale
- I scaled and led multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, partnerships, analytics, client services, and production.
- $18MBusiness line built
- I turned an emerging creator-content capability into a revenue-producing company growth engine.
- End to endOperating structure
- I build the planning, ownership, workflow, and measurement systems that help ambitious teams execute clearly.
- Across the tableStakeholder leadership
- I align executives, creators, clients, agencies, platform partners, and internal teams around the decision that matters.
Bottom line / The standard
Good leadership makes the work clearer, the team stronger, and the standard harder to miss.
